This works BUT only if you leave the shampoo in overnight. I washed my hair with it as per the instructions (leave in 5 minutes then rinse) about three times over the course of two days but I kept feeling movement in my hair.
So this time, I put some shampoo in, rinsed it out and then put some more in, DID NOT RINSE, put on a shower cap, wrapped my head in a towel and left the shampoo in my wet hair overnight. Finally I am not feeling any movement. So save yourself the product and just leave the shampoo in for a few hours at least.
I tried combing my hair and unfortunately my hair is to fine to work with this comb. This is an issue I always have. I have lots of hair but it’s very fine.
The comb worked great on my kids’ hair though, which is much thicker. It does pull out hair and I imagine it also damages the hair a bit but it’s worth it to not have lice. Make sure you’re very generous with conditioner and water when you’re combing. I suggest buying a very cheap conditioner because you don’t need the good stuff for combing – it’s just lubricant.
Keep in mind that this does not kill the eggs or all the nits. Those need to be removed with the comb and you need to repeat the process until you are sure the infestation is clear.
Since the comb doesn’t really work for me, I am following up the treatment with an oil treatment which I will leave in for a few days to suffocate whatever is left. I’ll then use the comb to brush out anything that might be left behind and keep doing this for two weeks or until I am 110% sure it’s all gone. Yuck!!

The package has a symbol on box saying clinically proven formula. This is a lie. This product does nothing for head lice. Do not buy as Amazon refuses to return.
Most unfortunate the dishonesty that Amazon and it sellers are moving to.
The ingredients that are supposed to attack headlice and is listed on the ad are NOT even listed on package or bottle. This is an outright scam and Amazon should allow me to return for a full refund.
Absolutely disgusting to those involved. All we wanted to do was rid our daughter of head lice.

Mon fils est revenu de l’école avec des poux, pour la 4e fois depuis le début de l’année scolaire. Cette fois-ci, après avoir fait les traitements de pharmacie les autres fois, j’attaque le problèbe sous un autre angle. Comme je suis tannée de désinfecter la maison à la grandeur à chaque fois, là notre fils a un shampoing avec ce produit une fois par semaine. Il est efficace pour tuer les poux et les lentes mais il est assez doux pour le cheveux. Fini les poux, on prendra tous les moyens nécessaires. Nous avons aussi acheté un spray préventif et répulsif qui sent la citronelle, on l’asperge tous les matins avant d’aller à l’école. On ne prends plus de chance!

Reading the comments, I wasn't convinced that it would work on my family's hair. I made the choice to try. My daughter had a multitude of lice on her head. A first and second wash eliminated all traces. The comb was very effective, and today it is carefully guarded. Please note that this is black hair.

It's seems to have done the trick. It was difficult to comb through but I'd use a pick to untangle sections and then use lice/nit comb to remove any nits. The next day I shampooed with regular shampoo and heavily conditioned hair. Again I picked out sections and then ran the lice/nit comb back through hair. Haven't had problems since. I did get a spray for hair to prevent a reaccurance as well. I'd prefer to not relive this nightmare. I've probably spent 10 hours total just combing out hair.
