I only just got this bag a week ago, and am yet to start using it regularly (COVID lockdown), but so far I love it!
Pros:
– Very attractive – nice colours. Looks more like a large handbag than a laptop bag
– More pockets than I've had with other bags (and I ALWAYS look for pockets!), and I love the internal/external/back pocket options as this adds so much flexibility to how I organize items.
– Great shoulder strap length (~10" vs 12" on my previous bag), which makes it more "controllable" for me when carrying.
Possible cons:
– The material and stitching seem a bit less sturdy than I expected, but I'll need to see how these hold up over time.
– The pic with the bag open shows the width of the laptop compartment. Unusually wide, and this extends into the other compartment, so can take up more space than expected and reduces the space in the bag otherwise. I may end up carrying some other items in the laptop compartment as well (I was testing in the pic), to maximize use of the space…will see…

Love the bag as it has lots of pockets to keep all my things organized and clean, and a safe padded pocket for the laptop. Definitely bigger than I thought it would be but it’s good for everyday use.

This is such a spacious bag! I can fit my laptop, many bottles, books, my lunch and makeup to go to work as a teacher. On weekends I just put bottles in there and sippy cups for my toddler and throw in diapers and wipes. It is super spacious and I am very happy with this purchase. It is sturdy but not overly stiff. The quality is excellent. You will be happy too!!

After sending back a couple, this one met my expectations as a work bag – looks good (not like a diaper bag/not weirdly big), holds a lot, water-resistant (my papers were dry after walking in the rain), my laptop is actually padded (including the bottom), there are thoughtful sections (just the right amount for me), the lining makes it so easy to find things, and the shoulder strap is comfortable (I'm recovering from a shoulder injury so this one was important). Oh, and it stands up on its own. Impressed! It looks like it will last. Hoping so! I'll be using this for work (I'm a teacher) but it will be great for travel too.

I've used this bag now for 2.5 years, carried it daily for work. It's held up quite well, after 2 years there is the regular signs of wear and tear – corners at the bottom etc – but otherwise still working fine. I like the price point, and like that for work purposes I can throw the bag onto the ground and not worry about damaging it unlike some of the more pricier options. Would recommend.

Despite shopping Amazon for years, this is my first review because I love this bag SO much. It is sturdy and can handle a daily beating, including all the rough handling of being my travel bag being stowed under a seat. It is light weight and the straps are comfortable on my shoulder. It has tons of pockets (zippered and open) and can fit my many large cell phones (work, personal) as well as laptop and cables, lunch and snacks, cosmetics bags, and extra clothing. There are 2 water bottle slots on the outside so now I can finally carry ONE bag to work instead of a laptop bag, purse, and lunch bag. It is cute and stylish, and even my boss the "bag snob" liked it. I love it so much I have been showing it off in the office and now all my team bought one. I never thought I could love a 'cheap' bag from Amazon vs. the designer totes I always felt pressured to buy, but this bag is everything I have ever wanted. Did I mention it's lightweight? I no longer feel weighed down by all the crap I have to bring to work, I can just stuff it and go!

I was tired of the boring & ugly messenger bag to carry my computer and this bag did not disappoint! I really like the padding in the computer pocket which was great for my tablet too. Lots of pockets, sturdy and durable. Fits nicely under an airplane seat without having to lay it on its side. And the outer flap to slide it on my suitcase handle was wonderful!! I stuffed this full and it still felt very durable. I highly recommend this bag!!

This bag was a replacement for my old carry on that had no pockets or cup holder or luggage trolley sleeve.
I love the space and pockets in this bag. I don’t have to dig in the bottom of my bag to find my phone holder for the plane or my charger. It’s all organized now.
I love the Luggage sleeve and I don’t have to fight to keep my bag from falling off my carry on roller anymore.
I love all the cup holders. I carried my water bottle and an umbrella, easy to get to. However it does take up inside space so if your bag is full to the brim then the bottle won’t fit on the outside.
I love the pocket on the outside I can slide my phone and ID in real quick to get my luggage and my self through security.
I love the reinforced bottom. I do feel that if the bag is too heavy the straps feel like they stretch. Don’t know if it’s just me or I they really are stretching.
Overall I would buy this again. Oh and it’s not heavy empty.
