I have acne-prone combination skin and on it's own – it's fine. Nice, natural skin-like finish; doesn't feel drying; satin-y feel once applied and absorbed. It it a slightly thicker cream consistency, so I had to massage it in a bit more, but wasn't a big issue. I like the fact that it's non-comodogenic and doesn't leave a white cast.
The problem with this one compared to the ultra-fluid sunscreen is that it doesn't sit well under makeup. I use a dense foundation brush for my base, and when applying a light coverage, glow-finish concealer on my face, it pilled. Instead of using brushing motions, I tried patting it in with the brush and my fingers (seperate occasions), and it still pilled slightly. I have tried with and without setting spray and/or setting powder, and with and without a hydrating primer – still pills. I have not tried it when applying makeup on with a dry or wet sponge, but if it pills when applying makeup with my finger, I have a feeling it will pill with a sponge as well.
It's a 3 star for me; despite liking how it looks and feels on its own, it's worth for me to purchase again when I can only wear it when not applying makeup.

Prime day sales are great to stock up on the best sunscreens for me. Keeps my skin protected year round in Canada's harsh winters and summers and Central America year round. It keeps my lupus skin covered and protected without feeling like being weighed down with product. Goes on super fast as a liquid and covers my whole body without feeling greasy or sticky. I can easily wear makeup on top and use the tinted sunscreen on my face when I want more coverage with cosmetics. It does not run into my eyes when I sweat either and it's completely fragrance free. Love this stuff!

I actually started using this as a foundation and it's so perfect for me. I have freckles so anything full coverage makes me not look like myself and this tinted sunscreen is the perfect sheer makeup to wear if you need to even out your skin tone. If I need more coverage I just put some concealer under the eyes and I'm good to go. My skin also looks amazing after I take it off, not sure why or how but I'm not complaining. As for sun protection, I've never had a burn while wearing it but I also wouldn't rely on it Soley for sun protection and usually put something cheaper underneath. This is my third bottle now and I think I will purchase forever. Worth the money but I try and get it on sale if I can!

This is the best facial sunscreen hands down. I have rosacea and my skin is extremely sensitive. Doesn't dry out skin, and helps me feel more comfortable with my appearance. Please don't change or ever get rid of this product. I've tried many different sunscreen, only one that has worked for me.

I started using this tinted sunscreen primarily for outdoor activities because it would even out the tone of my skin without makeup. I've started using it more regularly and just using my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer for touch ups. It works well for casual days in the office, running errands etc. I like that it protects my skin from the sun, evens out the color of my skin and feels lightweight on the skin.
