Price is a bit higher than I like BUT I bought a slim jaw and regular jaw 8” adjustable pliers in 2019, they have been in my service bag, get used probably on a weekly basis and I have had 0 issues with them. They are still solid, feel great and are tight. They are really nice to install and take off a regulator on a nitrogen tank, that usually requires a 10” or larger wrench that never stays in the service bag because I don’t need to carry that big of a wrench. It’s nice to have 8” wrenches on hand that will do inch and half wide. If o ever lost them, I’d rebuy them, haven’t found a wrench I like more for my tool bag.

I already have the 4" and 6" Klein slim jaw adjustable wrenches, so I added the 8" to the collection. The slim jaws have helped me in many tight situations. The extra wide opening of the jaws is a bonus, and I especially expect that to be true with the 8". The dipped handles are nice, makes it easier on the hands and a little better grip versus bare metal. Also was able to get in 2 days. Highly recommend any of the Klein slim jaw adjustable wrenches.

I had a hydraulic leak on my tractor and none of my standard Craftsman wrenches would fit it. So, I bought this wrench because it was slim to fit on the hydraulic fitting. It easily did the job. Now I’ve used this wrench on other tasks and I find it to be very good quality and the size allows it to fit nicely on many tasks. It has a very high-quality feel and because of this I’m going to look into buying further Klein tools. If you are looking for a wrench like this I recommend giving it a go even though it isn’t cheap.

I bought both the 6" and the 8" Klein slim-jaw adjustable wrenches. They are very well made and finished. The plastic coated handle provides a good grip especially when working in wet conditions. The are especially useful for removing and installing shower heads. Some of the Moen heads have a less than 1/4" wide flat spot for the wrench. The jaw opening working dimension scale is engraved in the metal so you can pre-adjust the approximate opening size.
