It is not possible to objectively evaluate the benefits or the efficacy of supplements through ordinary home use; so, I will not get into this product's effectiveness, but you can search the Internet for the benefits of the main ingredient of this product, spermidine.
It comes in the form of capsules which I felt were easy to swallow. It does not have any smell or aftertaste during use, and there is only a slight non-disturbing dough-like smell inside the bottle.
The label on the bottle has a very small and hard to read icon that indicates that it was made in Canada. It has an NPN number (Natural Product Number) that can be used to confirm that it was licensed in August 2024. There are 2 brand names associated with the license, both of which are Spermidine. It shows the license holder as Just Glow / Just Collagen.
Similar to the label on the product, the NPN product information page lists only a single medicinal ingredient, but as a chemical formula name. The risk information on the NPN page is minimal, warning only those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
It comes in a container with 120 capsules in it. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules, 1 time per day, which should have the bottle last for 2 months if you follow the recommended dosage, but I see the recommended dose only as a suggestion. The price was $28 CAD at the time of writing, which does not sound bad for a 2-month supply.
While I cannot confirm the claimed benefits or the product's efficacy, I see no reason to cut any stars from my rating. I appreciate that it was made in Canada and comes with a proper NPN number on the bottle.

I have been using various supplements for various reasons for a number of years, but this is a new one to me. For me, the attraction was the suggested benefits when it comes to reducing the effects of aging. Once you reach a certain age, this becomes a rather important aspect of a supplementation regimen, at least it did for me.
👀 Before starting any supplement that's not a "standard," such as Vitamins C and D, it's a good idea to talk with your healthcare provider. I always see our holistic practitioner and have him test whether or not I should be using anything new. Everyone's physiology and nutrition requirements can vary greatly.
I did a lot of online research before using it. So far, it's only been a week. I've not noticed anything negative, and I know from the material that's available online that any effects will be subtle and take time. In fact, it may not even be noticeable as the effects that this is supposed to produce is a slowing down of the body's aging process. This is where I have trouble with other supplements that have the same effect. It's hard to determine efficacy if something is working by NOT having any further degradation of any bodily or mental functions.
On the upside, Spermidine is something that occurs naturally in various foods
● Vegetables: mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, fresh green pepper.
● Soybean products: Higher amounts are found in soybean products typical to Japanese food like natto, shitake mushroom, amaranth grain and durian.
● Cereals: a variety of cereals, in particular wheat germ.
● Various cheeses: There is reason to believe that the true benefit is generally found in aged cheeses such as cheddar, parmesan, gruyere, etc.
I'll stay on it till the capsules are used up in two months. In the meantime I'll be going over what I personally can expect with my healthcare provider.
The recommended dose is two capsules once a day, and at that rate, the bottle contains 60 days' worth of supplementation.
I've used a few different quality products from Just Glow. The only negative I can mention is that the products are more expensive than other high-quality products sold by other companies here on Amazon.
This has been Heath-Canada approved – NPN80133567, and the expiry on my bottle shows as 11/2027.
Other than the 10 mg of Spermidine per capsule, the only other ingredients listed are those required to make the capsules.
