Now my wife is happy. I had previously bought outdoor balls at a retail store and my wife complained about the extra weight of the outdoor balls. Only difference is an outdoor ball has smaller holes, so presumably that means less plastic removed and hence heavier weight. They were still within the accepted weight for a pickleball based on the association rules. And it was literally grams. These balls are a fantastic price. Substantially cheaper than the outdoor ones I bought. The Jugs balls are also the ones she has been playing with since she started the sport. Great time frame for shipping and if Canada Post knew their own postal code then it would have arrived earlier. What they show on their web site and what they say is right are two different things.

Providing the balls are used 'Indoors' only as expected they seem almost indestructible. If used outdoors they perform poorly and break easily.

Warning. These are not pickleballs. They are also no made by Jugs. This is a scam. These are cheap plastic golf sized whiffle balls.

Using these in a large YMCA group. These seem to work well. We were having trouble with balls splitting. We are hoping these last longer. The bounce is good and their response off the paddle is good.

These are low quality balls but you get a lot of them for the price. I have a pickleball machine and just wanted a bunch of balls. There are huge seams on some of the balls, but not all of them. I would not recommend these balls for playing pickleball, but they are fine for practice.

I wanted more balls to practice with, and rushed into buying because of the better price, but didn't realize these were indoor balls. Most serious players prefer specifically outdoor balls… but I'm a recreational player, so these are good for what I'm using them for. The description says "Traditionally used for indoor pickleball play but can also be used outdoors", and I didn't read that until after they arrived. They are good balls… a recognized brand name.
