It contains 74% Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, 6% Lycra Spandex
FULL COMFORT & PROTECTION – Ankle & Arch Support- Arch Support, Double Cuff and Contoured Half Cushion for superior fit, comfort and protection. Impact Support Zones (which are strategically reinforced zones) add superior comfort and protection.

At the moment, I'm giving these socks five stars (I've only had them for a couple of weeks, so I can't testify as to their longevity yet!). I have been buying Smartwool socks for years, and found them wonderful, but VERY expensive, and also, some varieties of them (the phd ones and other thicker ones) seem to wear out very quickly.
Now, this might be because I wear them so often, and use them for activities that cause a great deal of friction; however, I have a suspicion that it's the way they're made…
These Super-Wool socks already seem much more durable – not only do they contain the same merino wool content as Smartwool, but they fit in that gorgeous 'foot-hugging' way that the Smartwool ones manage so well: and…they're at least half the price! Three pairs for $30, where smartwool socks cost around $25 for one pair. These might be better – I'll follow up this review if they wear out too quickly, but for now, I'm rating them as better than Smartwool, and much much better value for money.

They are very comfortable. They fit perfectly and feel soft with a nice cushion on the bottom of my feet. I usually hike for at least an hour each day winter and summer. I haven't used them in winter yet, but they feel great in the heat because they keep the moisture away from my feet. So I am positive that through winter cold they will also be good.
I haven't had them very long yet so I can't say at this time whether they will last a long time from steady wear. That's the reason I've given them 4 stars and not 5. I'm very happy with them. The price is good for the high quality.
The final reason I bought these socks was that they were made in Canada by a long standing company that knows what works .

Amazing socks!
These socks are amazing. This is my second purchase in 3 years and I am extremely satisfied. They are warm, comfy, never smell and don't wear out. All the advantages of high quality wool. Also I'd like to point that I ordered three packs of socks which unfortunately arrived separately. Canada Post delivered the one package of two packs which I received and Purolator the second one with the one pack which I didn't receive and I had to pick up. I was extremely displeased with that situation since I made one order and also because I wouldn't be able to make the pick up. I informed the Amazon.ca customer service and they were extremely quick to refund my money of the third package that I couldn't pick up. I am very happy with Amazon.ca

These socks are great! $10 a pair is a solid price for the quality. Made in Toronto, ON!!!
I only received them today but they appear to be excellent quality with attention to detail where it counts & they're very comfortable.
Feel free to ask me how they're holding up several months from this initial review, I'll report back honestly whether or not I've worn them out or not.
I'm your typical rough & tumble, hard working, guy obsessed with outdoor recreational activities.
I need my equipment to stand up to the kind of abuse I'm willing to subject myself to, whether it be several days of trail hiking, week long backwoods expeditions, full days of mountain biking, working all day in my boots, you name it…
These socks are re-enforced for a generous portion of the heal as well as the toe section. Both spots where I usually wind up wearing holes into my socks after a month of use.
These socks meet my standards, for which the bar is set fairly high.

good fitting socks , soft , not itchy , they do not slide down , get not smelly , stay dry , are warm , but they do not get hot to wear in summer , do not shrink when get washed in wash machine . I hope they will last a long time , I washed them about 4 times so far only and they are still o k looking . I really like them .

These are fantastic socks and my fourth set of three even though I bought my first set three years ago and they are holding out better than the boots that always wear out in the heel area. There is only one other brand that I purchase that holds out even close to as well, most sock brands disintegrate in the heel area in a quarter of the time. I hike fifteen km a day, every day, every season, so I can assure anyone interested that these socks are perfect for early to mid spring, fall, and winter. A little thick for summer use and tight fitting foot wear, they do seem like they are climate controlled and whisk moisture away yet retain their thermal properties. This review is not based on assumptions like others that I've read on here, it is based on heavy usage and my experience using them. Added plus, they are Canadian made eh! Definite five star product!

When new, these socks are great. They're thick and very comfortable. The knock is the longevity. I bought several pairs less than two years ago and they all have holes in them now. My wife and I walk very regularly (once or twice a day), but just causal walking around our neighborhood, not aggressive hiking or anything like that. Maybe this lifetime is normal for this type/material of sock but for the price I would have expected to get a few more years out of them. I've had cheapy pairs last much longer than these.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, and these are perfect for this environment. They keep my feet comfortable in most of the temperature range here (30F-80F.) Cooling effect in heat, and warming in cold. The wool is great for keeping feet and shoes dry, resulting in reduced odor and fungal issues.
I chose this set of socks for the mid-weight, and for the availability of the solid black color, so I can wear them to work where I am indoors, and on my feet all day long. They are my everyday socks. They are comfortable, and the quality is good, and excellent for the price.
If you have never used wool socks, or had found them to be too itchy, these would be a great set to help you love wool. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and have owned itchy wool socks, but these don't cause me any itching. Skin sensitivity is relative, so your mileage may vary. Wear one pair for two or three days, wash, air-dry, rotate, and three pairs will keep you going all week. At a third of the price of many other socks, these make a good gamble.
If you are travelling, two pairs could keep you going indefinitely.

The sizes stated are women’s sizes per the label on the packaging. So they are a little snug but useable. They are thin to medium weight which makes them better overall for me. Much improved warmth from the thick cotton socks I have. I will buy more.

Love these socks! Keep feet warm and dry. Enough cushion without being bulky. They do run large though, I wear a 10 men/11 women's normally and the large were too big, medium fit much better.

I bought these a few years ago, and they have held up well, and fit. The kids and significant other swiped a few pair, so I bought more. These last ones are nice socks but don’t feel like as much percentage of wool. Maybe just me

Ordered the three pair in black for a two week summertime hiking trip in Iceland. Amazing socks. Fit well in my hiking boots, thick socks, but reasonably sweat wicking. No blisters the entire trip thanks to these babies. Best socks I brought.
