Very fine, mixes up evenly without dry spots or thickening the drink, and when blended in smoothie it becomes very frothy and is very enjoyable to consume. The taste it contributes is minimal, although it does have a slight taste. I blend it with fruit so this is not a huge issue for me and is preferable more than the artificial vanilla or strawberry flavours which are commonly available.
I appreciate that it is a basically single ingredient product as I hate the artificial sweetner taste and unflavoured means I can flavour it as I like with my choice of fruits in smoothie.
The only thing is that is pricey for what it is, as the product doesn't seem to be unique except perhaps in marketing / reputation

I've been buying this protein powder for years, and it’s definitely pricey, but totally worth it. There’s no aftertaste, and it mixes well. I use it to make smoothies with berries and yogurt. This unflavored option is great, but I've also tried the Dutch chocolate and vanilla flavors, both of which I highly recommend!

I purchased this to use in my fruit smoothies (banana, berries) in the morning. I had really high hopes to try out an unflavored and unsweetened protein powder but was really let down with this one. Firstly it was really thick and had a chalky consistency as mentioned in another review. It was really difficult to down the smoothie. I regret not going for simple vanilla flavor… Lesson learned and will not be buying this again.

My favourite protein powder so far. I tried so many protein powders, whey, chickpea, … but they were all too sweet or had a muddy texture.
This is the winner though, almost zero taste and great texture. I already ordered a big box.
My go to breakfast with this protein powder is:
1.5 scoop of protein powder + 1 banana + 250 ml Almond breeze original almond milk. Blend it and you have a tasty banana shake with 37 grams of protein.
