So far I’ve only used the lightest weight so I can’t say I’ve noticed any improvement. The weights are heavier than I expected. I can’t imagine using the heaviest because right now the lightest seems very heavy to me.

I have pelvic organ prolapse and I wish I had found these years ago. They are smooth, easy to use and actually work. After doing exercises and Kegels ad infinitum this finally turned on the lights for me. Still using the first one but I can already tell that NOW I am on a path to recovery. Excellent product!

On the fence if these would do anything but it's only been two weeks and I can feel the difference. When I started I was on the first/second weight and I'm already on the last one. After the damage of my first born I was at the point that sneezing was feared and I'd just given up on the idea of running or jumping again. I haven't tried running yet but I'm actually hopeful now and think I might be able too again soon. I no longer fear sneezing which in itself is a win! I'm sure, like they worn, you'll have to keep at it to keep the gains but that's like any muscle and to be exactly. Definitely WORTH the price. Also to note, very comfortable while in and easy to wash.

Silicone weights with pull, as described. You can read how to use them on their company website. I think the lowest weights are probably too easy for my needs so I imagine I'll progress soon enough. It's a bit like a large tampon. When the lower weights are inserted I can barely tell that they're in there. I did try the heaviest just as a test and held it without issue until I started walking around! It doesn't hurt, it might feel mildly unpleasant if you're on the dry side so make sure to use lubricant. If the weight is too heavy for you you'll feel it starting to slip out, so experiment to find your "starter" weight.
These came recommend to me by a physiotherapist. I should note that this is not an all encompassing solution for pelvic floor function, everyone really ought to speak with a professional to make sure that all aspects of the pelvic floor are being treated successfully!

Very effective weights. After 5 kids my pelvic floor is not in good shape. I couldn't even handle the lightest weight when I started. After 1.5 weeks of using the white weight 1-2x a day I am ready to progress to the next weight. There are ways of doing the exercises if you aren't strong enough for the first weight (explained in the instructions). Highly recommend. Thank you! Put this off for way way too long.

I learned shortly after purchasing that I'm actually pretty tight down there and have some good kegel muscles. I read the instructions carefully and tried each weight until I found the most challenging one. The only challenging one for me was the heaviest weight they have and it definitely takes some concentration to keep it in.
I've never had kids, the reason for my purchase was just to enhance my sex life! My fiance already says I'm tight but after purchasing and using these he can't handle it! He's obsessed with it and can barely keep himself from climaxing too quickly. Whenever I pull out the exercise system he says, "MORE?!" as if he can't handle me to be anymore tight! These are definitely effective and I imagine they would efficiently help anyone for any reasons, whether its from having children or a weak bladder or anything.
They arrived in great time and came in an easy-to-store box where each weight has it's own compartment and they are in color order from lightest to heaviest weight. Super cute colors, too! They're made of great and soft material. They're easy to clean, too! Even though I'm already up to the heaviest weight I plan on keeping these just in case I need them in future for any reasons 😉
The detailed instructions are the best part! Not formal or boring and they give you great tips and suggestions! Must have for anybody who wants to enhance their sex life, please their partner a little more, improve their muscles for their bladder, or post-child birth! I am so much more confident during intercourse now!
