Product description
✅Introducing INSAN Bamboo Salt:
Our company is founded on the rich legacy of bio-pharmaceuticals and health foods, established by Dr. Choi Eun-a, a practitioner of traditional Korean medicine. Dr. Choi Eun-a is the daughter-in-law of the late Kim Il-hoon, who pioneered the development of bamboo salt in the 1920s. This legacy has been passed down through generations, inspiring our commitment to quality and holistic well-being.
✅The Bamboo Salt Manufacturing Process: Harvesting Sea Salt : We start with the pristine sea salt from the west coast of Sinan, Korea. Brine Removal : To eliminate heavy metal impurities, the sea salt is stored in warehouses for three years. Bamboo Cylinder Filling : The purified sea salt is packed into large bamboo cylinders, a painstaking process done by hand. Sealing with Red Clay : The bamboo cylinders are sealed with red clay. First Roasting : The salt-filled bamboo cylinders are roasted over pine wood fires. Absorption and Formation : During this process, the salt absorbs bamboo components and forms solid pillars. Crushing Impurities : The salt pillars are crushed to remove impurities. Nine-Times Roasting : The crushed bamboo salt is placed back into bamboo cylinders and roasted eight more times, culminating in a high-temperature ninth roasting.
✅ This meticulous process results in bamboo salt enriched with minerals like calcium, iron, copper, zinc, germanium, and potassium.
Our bamboo salt finds diverse applications, from culinary enhancement to skincare and overall well-being.
✅Experience the purity, quality, and health benefits of Ultimate Purple 9X Bamboo Salt, a testament to generations of knowledge and tradition. </p>

Tradition to Innovation: Cellguardian & INSAN Bamboo Salt (verified owner) –
I like the umami flavor of the salt. It took me a minute to get use to the umami taste. It had been more than10 years since I traveled through Asia. I ordered the crystals and typically dissolve a piece or two in my mouth. A little is also good in soups. I add a little bamboo salt to my ramen, while decreasing the amount of the salty ramen packet. The bamboo salt adds a slight savory flavor. A little goes a long way. I will try other dishes in the future. I have read some folks use it with sashimi.
