I do a combination of I.F.(intermittent fasting) and low carb/keto. I have been doing this for a year now(down 4 belt loops and reached my target weight of 170 lbs) and what makes this all so easy and takes all the guess work out(counting and calculating etc)of your daily nutrition is the "Fasting Days" drink mix . I use it in my shaker bottle so it mixes well and tastes great, especially with a large wedge of lemon or lime. It is a powder that has all the nutrients needed to supplement for keto and intermittent fasting such as electrolytes, vitamins, macro minerals, trace minerals, and amino acids to help you build elastin for healthy tight skin so as you lose the weight you won't have loose skin after and you don't gain the weight back. I have 2 friends that are using the Fasting Days drink mix that lost 60 lbs with no loose skin after, and many lost 20-40 lbs just drinking this in their large water bottle all day , tea or coffee as well, I have a handful salted almonds at 3 pm then have a large keto/low carb meal for dinner, back to normal on weekends with eggs for breakfast.

Arrived fairly quickly and in supreme packaging. Also I was VERY impressed with the amount you’re given. You know when you buy a protein powder or any product In a jar like this and it’s barely half full- well this WAS NOT the case here- the powder was almost to the top!! Which was really satisfying and made me feel a bit better about the price.
Flavour: 3 out 5. It definitely has a nice fruity flavour initially- but it also has a weird vitamin/ salty-umami gone bad type of after taste/scent. I know that might not make much sense Lol – I’m not quite sure how to explain it, it really is something you’d just have to try and see for yourself. Which leads me to the next point..
Effectiveness: despite the slightly weird after taste/smell, it’s worth it for how the drink makes you feel. It doesn’t completely satiate you. I did still struggle with wanting to chew/eat food during my fast with this product- HOWEVER, it reduced my hunger pangs significantly. Enough to make a difference. I also did not feel drained, or tired- and most importantly I didn’t get my usual fasting headache, so thats proof enough for me that it’s doing what it’s suppose to!
I say try it! They also have a tea. (This is better than the tea in my opinion).

I personally found no benefit in using this as a fasting supplement. Gatorade is far cheaper and likely has a more positive result. It does have a good flavor.

At first taste I thought the flavour was a little odd, but after the first bottle I was used to it. Now I really enjoy it. I have always had a hard time drinking plain water. With the powder mixed in, I enthusiastically drink a full liter by lunch time at my work.
The bonus is that it is very low calorie with Stevia being used as the sweetener.

The media could not be loaded. The powder mixes in the water well. it functions as a great appetite suppressant. The prebiotic also is helpful for digestion. The price is reasonable for how clean the ingredients are.

Wow, this stuff really works. What else can you ask for? I was use to having extreme fatigue when fasting, but since I started using this, there is noticeably much less fatigue. I will still have energy throughout my fasting period. The debilitating hunger is gone too. I am still hungry but it is not as severe. I am not falling apart at the end of my fasting period. I only been on this for 3 days now, but it seems to be working very well. The taste wasn't great at the beginning, but I think I am getting use to it.
