I have been using prostate supplements for years,tried them all and they all seem to have some relief. I switched to these and now am on my second bottle. These for me and my problems seem to work better than others I have used,I seem be able to hold it longer instead of just all of a sudden wetting my pants. I don,t think it is all in my mind i can pump gas now without having to suddenly drop the pump and run to the bathroom.Pumping gas used to be a trigger with no control over sudden urination,now I can hold it a little longer . It works better for me than other supplements,all you can do is try a couple of bottles and see if it helps you

This is a pretty good supplement. I've gone through 2 bottles so far. It seems to have helped minimize waking in the middle of the night to urinate. And when researching which supplements would be optimal I found looking for one with Pygeum could have added benefits.
Depending if Pygeum is important to you this might be the one to buy.

I recently had a very inflamed prostate. Even with 6 caps this did nothing. I then used 1 can of tomato juice (4 glasses) and the first day it got better and by day 3 I was almost back to normal. Tomato juice has 24 mg lycopene per cup which is a 5 alpha … inhibitor plus an excellent antinflamitory. You know that you are getting Lycopine with TJ. I take 1 cup of TJ daily with no prostate issues and can empty my bladder. I also take 10000 IE vit d3 and vit k2 plus 25 mg zinc and l citoline(NO). IMHO you have no idea what is really in theses caps. Also take saw pal. Twice per day.

This seems like a good preventative care supplement. I don't think it's a substitute for medicine if an issue has already manifested, but my husband is aging and felt like it would be good to take for a while. It comes in gelatin capsules with no odor or taste.
It contains 16mg zinc which can cause headaches or mild nausea at higher dosages. The dosage provided here is fine and can even serve as a slight immunity booster, but should be kept in mind if taken with other supplements or multi-vitamins. A lot of supplements and even some food products like juices are starting to add zinc.
My husband has not noticed any side effects. He feels comfortable taking this frequently (Though the bottle does note consulting a healthcare professional for prolonged use.). He usually gets up once a night to urinate and that has not changed with taking this supplement.

Okay, let's start right off with a potential side effect. After different supplements, all with Saw Palmetto, I think for me at least, it contributes to mood swings. After taking this, yep, some mood swings were there. With so many variables in our daily lives (sleep quality, stress, etc) it's hard to pinpoint exact causes, but it does seem from my experience after taking this, that it contributes, causes, or is correlated at least to mood swings. If I stop taking it, they go away. It looks like there is research that shows this correlation in test subjects, but the percentage is small, so I may be in the small percentile that is affected by it. So just FYI, something to look out for.

This prostate supplement contains good ingredients, but it's a lot pricier than plain saw palmetto and my husband feels it works as well but not better than that.
He has taken saw palmetto — and variations on it — for many years and when he stops, he has to use the bathroom much more frequently at night, so I trust what he tells me since I can see for myself. Everyone is different. I know the stinging nettle, for instance, works brilliantly for cats, and that it's worked for me for UTIs, but it does nothing for him.
It's a good mix of ingredients, so depending on what works for you, this might be perfect.

First off this supplement has a good variety of herbs that target the issues with prostate. Which is the reason I chose it for my husband. He has dementia, so it is hard to ask him how these work, but I can tell by his bathroom habits. While taking them, there was some improvement. His urination time went from 10 minutes, to about 5 to empty his bladder, that was the main improvement I noticed. He still got up 2 to 3 times a night.
Now the issue for me is the directions say to take these twice a day. That is doable. Take with food to minimize stomach upsets, again doable. Take 2 hours before or after other meds, not so easy when he takes meds 3 times a day, and most say to take with food also.
