WHAT A WASTE OF TIME/MONEY – We have been using this product for years. After the last batch, there were some massive changes in the taste. We originally thought it was us, after asking around we quickly realized that the foul taste was more than just our experience. When trying to return the product, call customer service of the manufacturer it fell on empty ears.
Horrible customer service and expect to light a torch to your money.

Love this tea. Great flavor and best of all – naturally sweet so no added sweetener necessary. We drink it hot and as an ice tea. When we serve it to guests, we always get a ton of compliments.

I got the organic version for a cleaner product, after years of buying the conventional. Flavor is off, not as sweet, kind of a diet flavor. The original was a strong flavor.
