Perfect Fit: They snugly fit my small compost can. No more wrestling with the bag to make it fit and have it potentially rip
Sturdy: I used to double bag those cheaper ones, but these hold their own. No mess
Slightly Scented: There's a subtle fresh scent to them. It's nice, not too strong
CONS
No Ties: One minor hiccup—they don't have ties. I have to be careful not to overstuff them, or closing can be tricky. In any case our district does not allow us to throw out the bag
Pricey, But Worth It: They are a bit more expensive than others available, but honestly, for the convenience and quality, I'm not complaining.
I did hear some folks had issues with leaks, but so far, so good for me. I'm all in for anything that makes composting less of a chore and helps the environment.

My sister gave me a box of these and now I have ordered more. They are easy to open and smell like Febreeze. My sister said they break down quickly, which can make a mess. I keep my compostable waste in the freezer so I have not had that happen, and I am actually pleased to hear they break down quickly!

I never thought compostable bags could be a lifesaver, but here we are! I was deep in a cooking marathon, trying to impress my family with my “gourmet” skills, when I accidentally dropped a whole lemon pie on the floor. Not only did they hold all that gooey lemon mess without tearing (seriously, they’re tougher than my will to cook), but they also smelled amazing! These bags are great. I love how the bags are biodegradable and the odor shield is not overwhelming. For me, the "fresh clean" smell is very light and definitely helps in masking odors. Obviously, because these are biodegradable they WILL disintegrate over time, so once you fill up your garbage take it out.
I am so happy with these bags. They are the perfect size and are earth friendly. I highly recommend them for responsible garbage disposal.

These STINK. The smelly crap they put on them is NASTY and in no way environmentally sound. I should've read the package more closely and am really disappointed in myself that I bought these crappy bags. I tossed one in the compost and over a month later have yet to see ANY sign of them breaking down whatsoever (and my compost is pretty hot, it can break straw down in two months). Save your money.

Finding good compost bags is a challenge. Most of them are very thin, and leak moisture and smells very quickly. The ones I used in the past were the maximum thickness allowed, and were fantastic, until the vendor stopped making them in kitchen container sizes. The Glad bags are the next-thickest ones I could find, and have done admirably well. They are strong enough to hold in liquids and avoid excessive moisture in the container, although I've found there is a little more than with thicker bags. The twist ties, however, are an added bonus, and make tying them up for disposal a lot easier. They also do a good job of trapping nasty odors. So far, these are the best kitchen compost bags I've been able to find for the cost.

These bags are much better than the previous compostable bags we had been using. The odor shield really does make a difference and they do not break down as easily or quickly as other brands, so we haven't had an issue with the bag breaking when we try to take it out of the compost bin to bring outside.
The one downside (and the reason I took away a star) is that a surprising number of these bags seem to be defective. Hopefully it's just the one box, and luckily the bags are big compared to our counter-top composting bin, so they are still usable, but it's a little bit annoying.

Such a great idea, but it didn't quite do the job. I hope it improves so I can buy it later. For what I had to put in it at my apartment (my cat litter), it absorbed all the smells and began dissolving immediately so that the bag was slimy when I would handle it and the smell was quite intense. I simply was not able to use it for this purpose. Could 'compostable' just hold off for a day or two while I use it and then dispose of it? I hope that will be the case later on as SC Johnson is my favorite company and I always try to cheer them on!
