It’s a pretty big pill to swallow. Be prepared to take a big gulp of liquid to get it down. But other than that acknowledgement, I think it’s pretty good product. I feel better all over. I think the extra vitamin D helps. Oil inside the capsule is golden wheat coloured, very fresh looking, with an expiration date of Aug 2021. Been taking it for two weeks now and never had a fishy burp. Number twos don’t smell fishy either.

I love this product! The 1 a day capsule is big but well worth it compared to others where you have to take 3 or 4 a day for the same potency. The d3 with the omega triple strength is amazing and gives me some extra natural pep when I take it in the morning . The price is right too. It's about $10-$15 more in stores and normally you have to ask them to order it in for you so you have to wait about a week or so.

Much research done for best option and no reflux. The product is supported to clearly provide what it claims. I always take during day and meal over evening. Found evening causes problems getting to sleep.

The media could not be loaded. The pills are very large, if your one who has troubles swallowing pills. The product itself is really good. There is no taste and i did not have burps after. I have really be looking for the best products and these are it!

I like these as they have no gross aftertaste and i have no issues with belching afterward like with some brands. they are alot bigger than i anticipated but I have no issue swallowing. they have a nice rounded soft shell that goes down easy. If you have issues swallowing tylenol maybe dont get these.
