We have been looking high an low for Gattuso lasagna sauce, then my wife thought she’d check amazon and there it was, so we ordered 12 can, (had to make a lasagna and used up 3 cans right off the bat)

I first found this sauce at Walmart in Canada, loved it, but it disappeared. So happy to finally see it again on Amazon. I bought a flat of several cans because they are small so you'll need more than one to make lasagna. I also use it just for spaghetti. I add in my own very lean triple ground sirloin. I think it would work for pizza, or even a meatball sub, it is so good. The taste is really zesty, like a good homemade sauce with Italian sausage. So, when you don't have time to simmer all day, this is a great substitute, Simmer with very lean ground beef to your desired thickness. I just layer with good, oven ready noodles, fresh mozzarella, fresh Parmesan, and some pizza mozzarella, bake covered, then uncover, and bake more. It goes so well with the fresh mozza, and the aged mozza helps keep it together, serve in squares with an extra ladle of sauce on top. Decadent & satisfying.

J’en ai commandé 2-3 caisses au fil du temps et j’aime beaucoup beaucoup cette sauce. Pratique d’en acheter plusieurs a la fois et livrer chez moi. Les dernières étaient un peu pocker mais le produit était bon. (Bon pour ma lazagne mais je m’en sert aussi pour mes nachos 🤫🤤)
