Sealed the large gap around my garage doors, just what I needed! Can't say how durable this product is or will last but the silicone rubber like material seems like it should last a few years at least. Wish thru sold this product in a longer roll since I was about 7' feet short of sealing 2 garage doors and so I had to order another 34' roll to seal the last 7'.
