It's made from very sturdy plastic. Before I buy it I was thinking that the material is soft and has a tendency to flex but to my amazement, it is a hard plastic material with enough flexibility. Tried dropping it 5ft to a concrete ground and it bounced a little bit and no crack.
The only thing I did not like is that the handle is way too high to the top, I hope they place it a little bit lower in the middle so that it's not hard to carry when filled. Because the handle is too high when it's filled you need to use your thumb or another hand to support it.
All in all, I am very happy with the product.

I found that this super large graduated pitcher is the best to measure accurately how much ATF or engine oil comes out of your transmission or engine when doing drain. This way, you know how much ATF fluid needs to be replaced and if your engine burns engine oil. The container is resistant to hot oils and the graduation marks are also resistant to automotive fluids. Even when it’s full, the handle is strong enough to withstand it’s own weight.

I’m an Automotive tech. We buy our Engine Oil in Large quantities. This Funnel king is awesome. Pours well. Easy to clean. Has held up for quite some time now.

I use mine to mix B&W photographic film developer. I wanted to try a developer that is only available packaged to make 5 ltrs. Finding something this size, and well made, was rather difficult. This measuring container is excellent; well made and with very usable graduations. If you need a 5 ltr grad container, this one is excellent.

This is a great polypropylene measuring cup. Being that it is made of this type of plastic means that it's chemically resistant. I used to use a cheap plastic "dollar store Betty Crocker" measuring cup but quickly found that it was NOT resistant to chemicals such as stabilized unleaded gasoline nor concentrated weed killer. Basically the chemicals in these compounds softened the clear plastic and made it cloudy. This made it harder to get an accurate measure. Also, I don't like the idea that what I measure in that cup has trace plastic compound mixed in because of the softening.
With this chemically resistant measuring cup I can confidently measure liquids without fear that they are contaminated by compounds leaching from the cup. As for the cheap dollar store cup… it went in the trash the day that this cup arrived.

I use it measure the oil for the engine of my car as the oil I used comes in 5L containers and my vehicle only holds 4.5L. Makes changing the oil much easier and I'm not worried about accidentally overfilling now. So far it seems to hold up against synthetic oil just fine. The marking haven't rubbed off and the material hasn't discolored or shown any other signs of damage.

It works perfect to measure out oil for our dirtbikes and ATV. We currently have 4 dirt bikes and 1 ATV and this measuring cup is very large and takes all the guess work out of oil changes. It is well built and sturdy.
