This kit is perfect for kids, or just for the casual camping trip/weekend.
It won't impress any serious fisherman, but based on the price – that's to be expected.
The quality is on par of what you pay for it. Nothings great, but nothing has failed me either. Used both rods/the kit about 4 times in a week. Everything worked as it should.
It's perfect for a cheap kit just to toss in the camping gear that you won't be heartbroken about if something happens to it.
Now at the price I purchased the kit at – I'd recommend all day long to anyone just looking to casually get out, or for a trip.
At the new price.. not so much. You could go to Walmart or where and probably throw a better kit together with more stuff for the same price.

The worst "fishing rod" ever DO NOT buy this piece of crap. I bought this to take to Mexico for a fishing trip… the damn "rod" literally broke ON THE FIRST CAST!!! The rings of the second "rod" had come off after the 2nd day of fishing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS CRAP you will be better off using a stick you pick up op on the road.

Absolutely love these. Haven’t used it yet but has assembled them, which was very easy and straightforward. The quality is good, and the weight fees great. I love the carry case and size, very convenient.

This fishing kit was well packaged in a lightweight bag with a clear plastic front panel. Its small size allows you to keep the kit in your car for when the urge to go fishing hits you without having to plan.
The 2 poles while in the storage configuration are nicely compact. They are light weight and flexible. When fully extended, they are quite long and have plenty of action. The 2 open face spinning reels are also light weight and come pre-spooled with fishing line, however there is also extra line provided in the kit when necessary. There is also a small tackle box with lead jig head hooks, some plastics, spinners, and spoon lures. Enough to get you and a friend fishing in a pinch.
You are not going to use choose this kit to enter a fishing tournament, but it is great for an impromptu stop at your favorite fishing hole.
This makes a great gift for your favorite angler. At $49 dollars, it’s reasonably good buy.
