My neck is very sensitive to pillows. Slightly too high or too low will cause major neck cramps in the morning. An adjustable pillow is something I've never seen before, what a great idea. My best pillow ever was the Arenpris from Ikea. Unfortunately they stopped selling them many years ago. I've been on the hunt for something similar for a long time. Never happy with anything else, I tried this adjustable pillow. Very happy with it so far. The medium insert was exactly like the Ikea pillow. However, after about a week, it flattened too much. I've since changed to the large insert and after a few days it settled to the perfect height. As for the softness, its very soft yet supportive.

Still trying to find the "small, medium, large" tags that are supposedly on the pillows (according to the website photo) so I can adjust the loft of the pillow. One pillow has red tags on 2 of the inserts and 1 green tag on the other; the other has green tags on 2 of the inserts and 1 red tag on the other – what do these colours even mean????? The pillow inserts are ALL the same size, so I can't even tell which is large and which is small… Did I even get the pillows I ordered??????
Can't be bothered trying to re-package and send them back… Will keep them for my dogs…

These pillows yes you get 2 are nothing but great they need to improve on the stuffing it tends to clump if I order again I definitely would buy the king rather than a queen they are soft the very fact that you can move the inside around is amazing 3 in one reg medium large they have zippers so it is easy to move them I like more flat and get that with this pillow I can choose they are very well made and they stay cool so your head stays a little cooler as well I have not washed as yet but I would have to say they would do well in washer and dryer they are priced well and the value is there sleep well people and thanks to the manufacturer just saying 😴😊🇨🇦

These pillows are really well made nice quality and a good price. My only issue is that they were too flat for me not enough neck support they are lovely soft squishy pillows and my husband loved how they flattened out. Sadly I woke up with a stiff neck so I have been playing around with an insert from an older pillow as their inserts are different thicknesses I have finally found a combination that works well for me.
I would suggest to the manufacturer that maybe instead of making the inserts all the same perhaps add at least one thickness that offers more support and firmness. Recommend the pillow but if you are a side sleeper who requires more neck support maybe contact the manufacturer to see if they have a firmer option

These pillows are great. They are so soft and comfortable and I am a pillow snob. I love that they are adjustable and it makes it so easy to find the perfect level of fluffiness. They are a bit expensive but if you consider that you are using them every single, it's totally worth it to have a great night sleep. Excellent product just as described and after a motor cycle crash damaging back and shoulder I’ve tried out loads of different pillows for a cloud mattress but are all to thick. and these seem to be the ideal thickness and comfort for cloud mattress.

This pillow is amazing if you like thin pillows. I finally had to say goodbye to my favorite thin pancake pillow that was very very old (embarrassingly old, I had it a very long time). I took that pillow with me when I traveled I loved it so much. I didn't think I'd ever find a replacement BUT I HAVE! I you like very thin – wafer thin pillows then you can use this one without any inserts. It comes with three inserts of varying thicknesses if pancake is too thin – you can add or subtract to make your ideal thickness. Not only is this pillow amazing for thin pillow lovers, it is also very soft down alternative and can be squished almost like a down pillow. It is high quality down alternative and not hard at all. My wife is a stomach sleeper with a full-face C-Pap mask. Prior to this pillows, her mask would slip, causing noises and/or massive leaks (which would wake me up). Now, the soft material gives way before the mask does. She is still getting used to the new pillow, but her AHI index is finally in the range it is supposed to be.
I took the second pillow, thinking that it would never replace my thicker memory foam pillow. Interestingly, even though my big head sinks lower into the new pillow, I sleep just as good. It's nice to be able to bunch it up in spots to get exactly what I want, where I need it. I am a side sleeper with broad shoulders, so I just might cut my memory foam lengthwise to stuff between the layers for a bit of added height.

I really love this pillow for the adjustability of it. Thought I'd freshen it up by washing in cold, delicate and dryer. All lumpy and had to throw away. No amount of fluffing worked. I'm going to buy another because it was the best pillow I've slept on because of my neck.
