Item arrived quickly and exactly as described. Would definitely buy this hammer if you are a fan of Estwing and need a hammer for small jobs around the house. Would buy from this seller again in the future.

The ESTWING Hammer – 12 oz Curved Claw is well sized for nearly all hammering. Not too heavy, but ample for most work. The quality is obvious. A must for a person desiring super quality hammer.

I love my little estwing. I get a bit of stick coir resembles a toffee hammer but I love it. I’m a roofer and I’m swinging a hammer all day everyday and have done for decades and I simply don’t need anything more than a little lightweight estwing. I’ve just finished a job of 4000 slates, twice nailing each slate with a 30 mm copper nail. A 20 oz hammer is unnecessary and just give more stress to my joints than I need so this little beauty does the job just right. I have a few estwing sand just use the right one for the right job but I find this one never leaves my side. They really are the king of hammers regardless of which size u prefer.

This will be my go-to hammer from now on. I haven't got the arm to swing a 16 or 20 oz hammer. The 12 oz has always been my go-to hammer. I've had a 12 oz hammer with wooden handle for years but after using this one, I think it seems to hit harder. May be the head angle or shape but just feels right.
