I purchased these for my wood kitchen chairs and they are great. I don't think they are quite 3 inches thick but still comfortable nonetheless. The fabric is soft and the extra tie underneath helps keep the cushion in place.

Love these cushions! We have old wooden chairs for our kitchen table and baby they do not feel good on ur behind so we had to do somethin about that! These are very soft and thick. The color is beautiful and rich. Very sturdy and easy to tie to secure to the chair. Look amazing! Really made our kitchen come together. Size is perfect for a tradition chair size. These chair cushions come in a pack of 4. Perfect for a small table in a kitchen. They are quite comfortable and made with plenty of fiberfill so they don’t compress completely while sitting on them.
They have an extra tie that comes from the middle of the cushion so you can tie them around the bottom of the chair seat. I see the purpose but as far as making them look nice, it’s not helping at all. The ties are sewn on adequately and have held up fine for me with daily use for a couple months so far.
They are easy to clean and can be spot cleaned or tossed in the washer on gentle.
Since they come with 4 for about $35 I think they are a good value since most bigger stores will have them priced individually for around $15-18 each.
They don’t have any slip resistance rubber coating on them so that extra tie for the middle of the seat works in lieu of that. This means you are able to flip them over to use both sides. A plus in my opinion.
They have a few colors to choose from. I got a light grey since that color worked with the colors in my kitchen area. I wish the color was more of a charcoal to help hide stains better but that color wasn’t an option when I ordered.
Overall they serve their purpose and make the seating much more comfortable than before.
