I expected more because for the same price, you can get a huge bottle of powder without the capsule. Apparently I need at least 3 capsules per dose. Also of note, I've had the non powdered version of bee pollen before and it didn't have nearly as many black pollens in it. This was is easily half black pollen. Idk the difference but I sure gag a lot more when I notice the back because I'm grossed out and don't wanna take it. I'll get the actual powder next time and just add it to smoothies or something.
Update: after taking half the bottle over a month, these started to STINK! Like rotten flowers. I can't even swallow them anymore without gagging from the stink.
