I already knew I liked LMNT, but I wasn't sure if I'd like these. But they are outstanding! It must be warm, and while the chai is an odd flavour, it has grown on me. The mint is outstanding, and I'd just get that flavour if it was an option.

These are pretty good. I mixed with hot water and added some coffee cream. They are a bit salty but the cream helps and I enjoy the flavours.

I love the chocolate medley. Primarily drink it cold, personally, but it’s great hot as well!
Only thing I wish LMNT would offer on Amazon is a fruity medley as well. Would LOVE a Watermelon, Mango Chili, Grapefruit (or something like this) medley pack to choose as well, rather than having to buy a full 60 pack of any of those. It’s nice to be able to switch it up from day to day, and right now, only chocolate seems to come in this way. Regardless, I love it. So no real big issue. 😃

To those who are complaining that it's salty – that's kind of the point. You can just dilute it more if you'd like – the package suggests 16-32 oz. I use 16 oz and love it. The rapberry isn't my favourite but I don't like chocolate fruity flavours. The salted chocolate (not in this pack) is really nice and I've become addicted – it just feels so nourishing. I love the mint as well as the chai. So delicious!

Buyer Beware….. This is not a returnable product!
Gross taste! If you like Chocolate Salt water – it's very salty tasting – you might try it. I would not recommend putting it into a good cup of coffee! I couldn't even drink it – it tasted so bad!

Rawsberry is the best…Mint and Chocolate Chai…hum. Not for me.

Why are the chocolate ones the best?! The chocolate mint is a 10/10 for me. The rasp and chai are okay. Drinkable – better than some of the fruit ones, but not a 10. Hence the 4 stars.

I love this product. I received a complimentary sample package of multiple flavors from my nutritionist when I began my Keto plan. I was drinking Liquid IVs but they do not have the sugar free flavors that LMNT offers. I also tried in my 10 oz cup of coffee and unless you’re drinking a 16 oz cup of coffee, the salt is overpowering.
I was incredibly disappointed but realized that I needed to read and follow the directions 🙂
The powder does not dissolve properly if you add it to room temperature or cold water so it’s definitely intended to drink as a hot beverage.
Mixing it with 16 oz of hot water makes a nice cup of salty hot cocoa. I found adding a splash of keto friendly whip cream adds a little sweetness to satisfy my craving for something sweet too.

I'm not much of a sweets gal, but I do love hot chocolate. Problem is they are either too sweet or have too much artificial crapola in them for my tastes. These are easy blending with no clumps (you can have them stirred, not shaken). I'm a primary carnivore so the extra salt is just what I need in my very low carb life to help maintain my electrolyte balance. So at night I get a sweet treat that helps me sleep better and gets rid of that occasional foot cramp I used to get annoyed with. I put mine in around 12-14oz of water and they taste perfect – a little sweet, and a little salty. Hey! We have something in common… 😉

I purchased the LMNT Chocolate Medley and so far have only tried the Chocolate Chai flavor. I understood that it would have a salty taste (each packet DOES have 1000 sodium after all), so I was prepared for it. I was pleasantly surprised that the salt factor wasn’t overwhelming, but everyone is different. Let me preface, I do prefer more salt and tangy over sweet, so I rather enjoyed the drink!! I used 16 oz of boiling hot water in my mug and whisked the mixture thoroughly. I did a taste sip, found that I liked it and decided to add in about 3 tbsp of my Atkins Chai protein shake for extra flavor, protein and smoothness. Made it even better! I’ll be savoring these for my morning routines and crossing my fingers the chocolate raspberry and chocolate mint are just as tasty!
I am waiting for the LMNT fruit medley to arrive still. I’ll review those after I’ve received and tested.

I enjoy the liquid IV and drink it all summer long when working outdoors and in the sun. I thought it would be nice to switch to these for our hot cocoa. My children will not drink these and say they are too salty, even if I mix half a packet or less into their cocoa.

I am training for the Seattle to Portland bike tour. I’m trying to find different ways of getting my electrolytes. I usually drink regular citrus flavor electrolytes. Then, I discovered this it is so so amazing especially during these cold months! I read that it taste salty, but for me it taste like an electrolyte drink, but delicious. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
