Unfortunately we haven't had a chance to find out of these vitamins are helpful because the taste is so bad my daughter won't take them. We successfully got her to have one a day for a week or so using bribes, but after a week of that she wouldn't even take one for a treat. It's too bad, our doctor really thought they would be helpful. The bottle smells overwhelmingly like red wine when you open it.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad. I'm glad I finally tried them regardless. My kids eat them fine and they actually prefer them to the other magnesium chewable I give them. My only complaint is there is not enough in the bottle and they are very expensive. I will be buying them again because they do have calming effects and no side effects and I like that they have vitamin b6 and b12. Very good product. Need a bigger bottle.

I tried one of the gummies after opening the bottle since the smell made me very suspicious. They are disgusting, both herbal and medicinal in flavour and not herbal in a good way. I literally retched. My son gagged on the smell alone when I offered it to him (just in case it was my tastes that were wrong).
Waste of money and I think it is ridiculous that they even try and market this as something children will take without major complaint.

They came as described and sealed properly. The amount of gummies, to me, was a good price if they work. They were for my grandson and he wouldn't take them because he didn't like the flavor at all. He spit out the first one. So I'm sorry but I don't know if they work because there was no other flavor to try.

Like so many others have said these taste awful, luckily my daughter will take them anyways.
Since taking these my daughters sleep has improved (used to be up until 11pm now able to fall asleep by 8/9pm) so not sure if it's this or the lavender spray I'm also using.
