These are super stretchy and would fit lots of variation in sizes. I used these during the end of my pregnancy while I was sick and coughing a lot as well as postpartum. My non pregnant pant size is around a 6-8 and these fit just fine. They were comfortable, able to hold the various liquids they needed to hold and didn’t get smelly.
They definitely leave panty lines so don’t expect anything sexy.

I first tried Depend Fresh. They were so uncomfortable and didn't fit right at all in the padded part. They were VERY long and hung down my thighs. Decided to give the brand another try and so very glad I did. This style fits! Just like I am wearing underwear with a pad. So comfortable in comparison between the two styles. I had an accident overnight, and these silhouettes held up and absorbed fully and didn't feel bulky. Re ordered immediately. I am a size 16 and the M are the right fit. One thing I want to add about the absorbency. These are thin so I am making a good guess they are not for a very heavy flow over a cup. The Depend Fresh demonstrate they hold 2 cups of liquid and the pad is much thicker.

I’m currently in the hospital after having my second baby and these are infinitely better than the mesh cotton panties the hospital provides. These disposable panties are thicker, softer and feel more substantial than the other brands. Because of the built in absorbent pad, this also cuts out another step during self-care following labor. I take one of these panties, layer with witch hazel wipes, then spray lidocaine. These also hold up the “padsicles” so much better than the simple mesh panties. I’m currently a size 8-10 postpartum and the medium fits well. I could see them fitting a smaller frame but also stretchy enough to fit larger sizes. One last thing I was worried about, the sound. These are not crunchy feeling and don’t make noise when I move or walk. Take my advice and pack these in your hospital bag! Best postpartum purchase.
