I love cooking steaks and burgers on the stovetop with this pan, I really like the grill marks. I recently even cooked a tenderloin pork roast, browning it first in the pan then popping the whole thing in the oven. So versatile! I love how it came preseasoned for ease of use, and it’s easy to clean as well. It’s not huge, but I find it the perfect size for our family.

Love the colour, I just got it so I haven’t used it yet but it did come chipped which doesn’t affect the use of the pan but I just got it and it takes away the thrill of getting something new and pretty when it’s got a big ding in it. I won’t return it because like I said it doesn’t diminish the quality of the pan and who knows the next one could be worse, but it takes all the thrill away from getting something brand new when it comes damaged, not happy Cuisinart or Amazon whichever

Quality pan that will do one large steak or two medium sized. The large was really thick and needed a few more minutes in the oven, no problem. Usual clean up for cast iron. A pan this heavy requires anyone with a disability or arthritis to rethink the way they would handle it and then there is no problem.

First off, the seller was great and the product arrived 3 weeks earlier than stated for delivery. With regards to the cast iron itself, it is indeed beautiful and excellently well made. However, I just can't help be annoyed that in this day and age, left-handers are still having to deal with products that are not dual-handed capacity, especially when it comes to tools and kitchen cookery that can be dangerous. Only after I received the product did I realise the pour spout is only on one side (i.e. designed for a right-hander) which is very awkward when you're left-handed trying to handle a really hot and heavy cast iron frying pan. You're pour hot oil which is dangerous. Why not simply put a pour spout on both sides! Ugh! It's little things like that, that should've been so simple to catch in the design of a product that really annoys me. But, that's my only complaint about the pan.
