Measure Your Elbow To Find The Right Fit

Compression garments are only effective when they are being worn and properly sized. Measurement is essential to proper sizing.

To find your fit, measure the circumference of your bicep approximately 5 inches above the center of your elbow:

105.5"-12" M

12.5"-14" L

You may need to adjust the sleeve a few inches up or down to get the desired compression and comfort.
