One drop contains 2,500 IU of vitamin D3 and each bottle contains 490 drops/servings. In Canada, it is not possible to get enough vitamin D from the sun, which is essential for your immune system. I have been using Vitamin D3 for years. I use to buy the 1000 IU per drop. Which was fine. I would take 2 to 3 drops of it.
What I like about these ones is that it contains 2500 IU per drop & I take 2 drops per day. So in the long run, its more cost efficient & a bottle lasts longer. I have heard that I should be using D3 with K2 in combination. Its a lot more expensive & you don't get as much per drop. I may switch to the combo the next time if K2 significantly increases the effectiveness of the D3 overall?

it's a great product. i have ordered it before. however, one of the packages came open. the box's seal was cut open and the box itself was torn and squished. looks like it was opened before. considering it's a supplement that people take internally, it's not good to ship previously opened items as brand new.

I bought this because it is organic however I neglected to note that it only has d3. I wanted the combo of d3 and vk2. Otherwise it arrived in a timely manner. Everything intact. It was my error.
