I've been using this prenatal since Materna went out of stock on me. Honestly it doesn't leave me as constipated as Materna which is a bonus. It's ensured that I get about Iron and loads of other necessary vitamins. I do need to always take it with food, otherwise I feel nauseous, but that's fine – I have it with lunch daily. Currently 39 weeks pregnant and I will continue to take it while breastfeeding and for future pregnancies.
