Before taking this salt as a supplement daily, I suffered headaches from the heat and severe muscle cramps. I never knew that salt was required on a cellular level to deliver the water through the cell walls. So you can be dehydrated , even while drinking plenty water if you are lacking salt!. It also is sourced from a trusted site, and had over 90 minerals our body needs. I will never not take this salt again!

Most of us don’t realize how mineral deficient we are. Unless we are buying organic we basically are eating deficient foods. Pretty colorful but empty. Use this product to put back what is missing. Use it for seasoning and also for hydration. This is not the ground salt that causes blood pressure problems.

Hi, I do enjoy this product, but when I ordered pack of 6, I only received one single pack. Are the product options mislabeled or incorrect?

Was very disappointed to find it is not returnable, because I had thought I was ordering fine salt I could use in shakers. Instead is very coarse, and I was silly enough to buy 5 bags. One bag I may use in my lifetime, but the rest will appear in the neighborhood garage sale next week. Try one bag of this before you go overboard!
