I liked everything about these hiking boots. The break in period was about three maybe four steps. They have a cushiony feel to them. I wore them right after my regular 5 hour walk to pick up my parcels. My feet were hurting a bit. However, Almost emmediately my feet became comfortable in my new hiking boots. I look forward to walking in and out of the river with them. The price is right. That's why I will soon be buying a second pair. After getting them wet I'll change into the dry pair. For some reason all my other boot laces slip off of the top hooks. But not these. They stay secure the whole day. They are a great match with my Debrah Wiezner "cushiony" socks. Foot health is very important. Keep on walking.

Fit good is the only thing, cant even walk thru a lawn with dew on the grass they act like a sponge, not impressed. updated on Nov.27/24 have heard nothing from the company obviously no customer service only want your money maybe dip them in wax to keep them dry stay away. update Dec.17/24 still have heard nothing from this supplier and have told everyone I know to boycott them hope they go out of business maybe put some bread bags over them to have dry feet rating now minus 1 million.update Jan/25 have heard nothing from anyone this product should be taken off for false advertising seems amazon doesn't care either walked in light fluffy snow and was like a sponge got wet feet send them all to the Sahara Desert

These hiking boots have performed exceptionally well during several winter hikes in the mountains. My feet stayed warm the entire time, never feeling cold. I have wide feet, and these fit perfectly. Plus, they provide great grip on icy surfaces.

These are good hiking boots and I really like them. However, after only a few months the laces broke. And I only wear these while hiking, not every day. So the laces basically broke after short, moderate wear.
I still love the boots but just know that you need to buy better laces basically immediately.

Bought a size 14, which i usually wear, and they fit snug. Overall boot is nice but would recommend ordering a size bigger.

Winter Fall Spring shoes. This is when I wear pants. Which goes over the shoe top. Why not summer I wear shorts and 8 inch shoes. Why because crap gets into my shoes with shorter shoes. And taller protects my legs from more stuff. I like this shoes.. Not my hiking shoes. I change shoes and socks to hike. Of course I wear 8 inch too. Seem to be waterproof. You know as they wear water will find way in. I will spray more water proofing on them in time. Really want waterproof that last really long time you need rubber boots. Of course the price is good, look at some price of those other shoes. These are not boots. Boots pull on have no lace up strings. Boots my have strings to tighten up. Shoes have to be laced to stay on.
