I'm a brand loyal customer who really loves the Carnation marshmallow hot chocolate, and I bought this to see how it compared. One of the reasons I wanted to try it was because the ingredient list on this is so small and on the marshmallow variety it's quite extensive. Overall, I would say this hot chocolate was tasty, however it doesn't mix as easily as the other kind and tends to be kind of clumpy. I recommend mixing some mix with a table spoon or so of water/milk first before adding the hot water/milk to it. This helps reduce the clumps quite a bit. Please note this mix is not the same as the hot chocolate powder from Carnation marshmallow flavour.

Relatively better than the other hot chocolate mixes on Amazon, but still lacks the taste of chocolate. I usually add half of this and half pure cocoa powder to get a good balance of sweetness and chocolate flavour.

This is probably one of the best options for hot chocolate in powder form. I like that it’s simple and only has 4 ingredients, unfortunately one of them is modified milk which is not that great, but it still taste great on its own with nothing added. Fairly decent value for the size. Just add some hot water and you’re ready to go. It smells like decent hot chocolate. The quality is great for the price.

Terrible product! The taste is bad, the container is small (mostly powered milk) and it is expensive for what you get. Do not buy. Use regular powdered chocolate and your own milk and vanilla for a better hot drink.
