I’ve used this spray many times over the months of winter & spring. As soon as I feel my throat is irritated I will spray 3x daily for a day or two until all symptoms are gone. The spray is fast acting & effective it also tastes good.

It has a good taste in my opinion, and it brings some relief from sore throat temporarily. It helps me alot, especially when I need to fast for a medical test and can't drink water, it helps my throat from getting to dry. But please DO NOT spray this thing above your tongue instead of under it, you may accidentally directly spray the back of your throat and trust me it causes soo much irritation and makes you feel like you're choking. It causes nonstop coughing for a couple of hours when that happens. BEWARE!

I purchased this as an alternative to echinacea , so I wanted to try a new product ..I have not yet used this for sore throat or cough but I have tried it for dry throat at night. It tastes good it and isn't irritating and I found relief…I sprayed it directly in my throat and it was fine..I subtitle this as still in review due to I haven't had a chance to use with cold or flu symptoms.
Over all I think this product will work .
