These are awesome meal replacements, we used them when my family was feeling ill, and didn’t have any appetite. This was a good way to replenish our nutrients and ensure that even though we were not eating like normal, we still had the essentials in our body to help us recover faster. These were great as they are quick and easy to drink, and it doesn’t take additional efforts or steps, extra useful when you’re ill and don’t have the energy to do anything. One thing to note is that these are not lactose free, but aside from that, these are great. We have some extras left over as no one is drinking them now, so I plan to have them before I hit the gym to help with my muscle building. Overall, I would recommend these for a variety of purposes, they are great if you don’t have time for a meal, or need a pick me up to fuel that empty stomach, or for when you’re ill and don’t feel like eating.
