The Relief (Eucalyptus & Mint) was really good at clearing a stuffy nose and sinuses. It was so refreshing and felt so much better coming out of the shower during a recent cold. The Calm (Lavender) is very calming and soothing and made me feel like I was in a high end spa. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a pick me up. I will buying more in the future.

I originally bought them as a Christmas gift and they smelled so good I ordered a bag for myself! I love that they are individually packaged. The fragrance was perfect and it lasted the whole duration of my shower. I was very congested and felt much better and was breathing easier. These will definitely be stocked regularly in my bathroom!

These are the best shower steamers I have tried for helping my breathing. They have a strong menthol scent and I don’t put them in the direct stream of water so they last longer. I will be buying these again!

I had purchased similar steam pods from Saje. Those smelled very natural, calming and gave a spa like smell. Since saje sold out of their product for the season i decided to look for another brand to replace it.
These Body Restore Mint and Eucalyptus pods smelled like Halls Cough Drops. Didnt give the calming spa like feel like i wanted. I would probably only use this if i was sick… maybe. Not something i would use to enhance my showers

Absolutely love these steamers. They make me feel like my shower is a spa. The smell isn’t too over powering and this scent helps with congestion. Don’t put it directly under the water stream and it will last a lot longer. If it is soaked in water it will dissolve quickly.
