It adds a delicate floral sweetness and gorgeous colour when used in sparkling wine, water, and fruit juice or in cocktails like a mojito. It can also be used as a natural food colouring to flavour and colour macaroons, frosting or ice-cream. B'lure contains powerful anti-oxidants from the Butterfly Pea flower which change color with pH (acidity). Keep refrigerated once opened.
