disappointed on how empty it is but tastes good

I wasn't sure what to expect or whether I was wasting my money. I've never used a greens supplement before. I do however eat very badly and knowing that, wanted to do what I could to at least partially rectify the fact that I eat virtually no greens whatsoever. (Sadly I do not possess a wand that will magically transform me into someone capable of eating better.)
I've used these greens for only two days now. Yesterday I ate a meal that typically results in a trip to the bathroom with cramps and the runs within an hour. However, I used these greens a half hour before. For the first time in memory, that meal gave me no issues whatsoever!?
With just a single data point, it's hard to know if this is the result of the greens, but I begin to suspect that this sort of supplement may be magic for someone like me.

This stuff tastes sooo so so so bad! I gaged just from the smell and I still tried it and was disgusted. I might add I’m a super picky eater, so this is a no go for me!

So I was thinking this might be like the other “green” drinks I’ve tried, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was palatable, delicious actually. I tried the pomegranate flavour. It mixes easily in water, no chalky taste, no overwhelmingly “grassy” taste. As someone who struggles to get enough greens in my diet, I would definitely buy it again.

I add this to my Matamucil every morning to ensure I get my fibre and nutrients from the greens. I don’t mind the taste at all (usually the greens are too sweet for me but not this one).

I’ve been using Biosteel Sport Greens for a while now, and I really enjoy it. The Pomegranate Berry flavor is delicious, much better than the other flavor I tried (I’m not a fan of coconut). It gives me great energy in the mornings and has become a part of my routine. Just a note—you might want to have something small to eat with it, like a granola bar, as I’ve noticed it can sometimes cause a sore stomach if I drink it on an empty stomach. Also, mixing it with a frother works best—it’s hard to mix with a spoon and can leave clumps. Overall, I’m happy with it and will keep buying.
