Collagen is the key structural protein for creating smooth skin, thick strong hair, and strong nails. During youth, you have a rich abundance of collagen. In addition, the collagen forms itself in a resilient “tight mesh” matrix. This “ideal” collagen condition prevents wrinkles from forming, gives skin elasticity, and helps create thick and strong hair. But starting at age 21, collagen diminishes by 1% per year. my hairdresser recommended I take this product for my hair, to help new growth and bring my hair to a more healthier state, I must say after 6 weeks I can see the difference. I have about a 1/4" of new length, and my hair is much healthier looking. Now I also bought the Jason Restorative Biotin Shampoo and use it 3 times a week, so I believe the combination is what is working well. My hair is colour treated, and the shampoo does a nice job. I use my normal shampoo first then reshampoo with the Biotin.

taking these, I recover instantly. No pain at all. Also, I have been taking these with Zinc and Biotin. I read somewhere
it's a cure for lumps and dandruff. To my surprise, I feel my hair growing thicker, less finer and less falling hair. My face too feels more less tired. But I also use Vitamin C sun block.

My girlfriend of 30 years had beautiful hair when prior it was dry and broken. We are both in our late 50s and she told myself and my husband this supplement helped her hair and nails. I've been taking this for years. I've always had strong hair and nails so I can't I got that from this. I supplement with it for bone strength too. This is a product that I can imagine is hard to sell in some ways because you don't 'feel it', at least in the fitness industry where we love preworkout! Ha!
