Best vitamin B12. It has no flavor whatsoever and disolves very well under the tongue without feeling gritty. Will keep purchasing. One thing to note, don't be alarm when your saliva turns pink after taking the supplement.

Well i figure i need this, does it help? Not sure but i have been taking one a day for a couple weeks.
They have no real flavour, and dissolve quickly.
Easy to chew.
They are also really small, which helps (unless you drop the jar on the floor and they scatter everywhere like i did)
No complaints. Will probably get again when the 180 tabs run out.

I am taking other multivitamins daily from another brand and started to have a metallic taste in the mouth. My osteopath reviewed the multivitamin list and noticed it was lacking of B12 and recommended me to add it to my daily intake. Since I take this b12, the metallic taste did not come back. I guess it works well. Super important to take it sublingual, otherwise, your body will not absorb it.
