I have IBS and this with the combination of a probiotic capsule works really well for me. For the last few weeks i have been using that combo i never had any IBS symptoms at all. I take this 3x a day and it does really work. I tried it on my dog who has diarhhea and it does work for him too. I took home an IBD cat and these along with a diet change ( raw diet) has saved my foster cats life. Any time he gets a flare up I split a capsule in 2 or 3 and he is back to normal. Never heard of this probiotic before until my husband got infected with Cdiff twice in January 2022 (from a burst appendix and was on an insane amount of antibiotics). Cdiff is absolutely terrible and so worrisome. This Probiotic helped so much and made a huge difference for my husband to fight cdiff. He first started with Align but seemed to help little. Once he started taking Saccharomyces Boulardii as well the difference was very noticeable. After, he also started to take Prebiotics to built up his good gut bacteria. C-diff is no joke (can be deadly) and very contagious and reinfection is high. I know everyone's body is different but saccharomyces boulardii helped him so much. Although he is well now, he will continue to take this pill for a year for safe measure.

The ingredients in the description seem quite ok but upon receiving it it does contain sucrose monostearate which isn't good for leaky gut and not good for your gut health in general. I don't understand why sellers can't never give an accurate list of ingredients.
