I’ve used this for a few nights in a row now, however I haven’t noticed much of a difference. It doesn’t mix very well so you will need a shaker cup with a blender ball or even a blender itself. Cup and fork mixing is not going to work. It tastes fine, nothing to write home about but for the price and no notable difference in my sleep – I could buy grape cool aid and a bottle of melatonin for less than $10 and probably see better results. I’d pass!

I'm wheelchair enabled and have an illness that causes a certain amount of exercise to make me ill. (look up Post-Exertional Malaise). I'm very careful with what I do and what I eat, but some of my meds cause weight gain and its a real struggle to get it back down to where I am comfortable in my own body. I don't need to be a size 0, just comfortable with how I feel. All that being said, I know that the majority of weight loss products are money traps. The Diablo PM and the AM products are most definitely worth the cost. For those who are actually unable to exercise due to injury or illness, this will help you to raise your inner thermostat and therefore raise your resting metabolic rate (how many calories it takes to live when at rest/asleep) plus an ingredient that targets fat metabolism directly. Not just those, PM incorporates adaptogens for aid in stress relief and ingredients to help you sleep well. When you are injured or acutely/chronically ill, stress and insomnia (or just poor sleep) are some of your worst enemies. This product WILL help you. Will you rapidly shed many pounds (kg) and be wonderfully skinny using Diablo PM & AM? No. Absolutely not. But if you incorporate PM & AM into a healthy eating lifestyle and do what exercise you're capable of, this can be that little bit that helps you to have a positive outcome. I also highly recommend as many adaptogens as you can get. These nifty li'l things do everything from aiding in recovery from adrenal fatigue, to regulating neurotransmitters, to aiding with excessive/not enough non-adrenal hormone levels, to aiding in regulation of the circadian rhythm… plus so much more. Adaptogens help your body stay as close as possible to homeostasis when subjected to outer and inner stressors. Many of these stressors can and do lead to weight gain. Diablo was very smart to incorporate adaptogens and other ingredients designed to help you with stress. My only complaints are that it's too sweet because you don't want to dilute with more water before sleep and not using the full dose will not be helpful, so add some lemon juice! Other complaint is not listing all the ingredients clearly so that everyone can understand what is in the product. Other than that this product (and its AM counterpart) is well worth the price! My most best of wishes to all on their weightloss/maintenance journey! Remember, it's NOT a diet, it's your new lifestyle.

Ok, so, I thought I would give this a try, I can’t have the Diablo regular because I have a heart condition. But the PM says it’s OK for that. I get the little bottle and it’s very cute and a very tiny and it’s very expensive. I started to wonder if this is going to be any good or just another flash in the pan item. I open it up and it’s got a little teeny tiny scoop and you only use just one little scoop in a full glass of water. It takes a bit to mix it, so I used my little coffee mixer, but then it mixed up great. I could already start to smell the grapes. I took my first sip and Wow the flavour was amazing, and intense, like bursting grapes in my mouth. About a half an hour later I noticed how relaxed I was and how I was starting to feel very comfortable, so I tootled off to bed. I had a great sleep and woke up feeling wonderful and I was down in weight. Over the course of this past week, I am down 2 1/2 lbs. So it definitely is doing his job. I highly recommend this product.

After using one container I feel like it does ease symptoms of high cortisol which helps with sugar cravings and managing the rest of my overall health plan with nutrition and fitness. Reduced anxiety better sleep and Not to mention better looking skin
the taste is good, little on the strong side but you can just add more water and make a bigger drink to dilute it. the blue colour of the liquid is kind of fun. tastes like a blue-raspberry flavour to me.
some people complained about how it mixes with water and clumps up. there is a bit of a trick because its harder to mix powder with a big volume of water at first. Just put a smaller amount of water in the glass and mix it vigorously using a small whisk/ milk frother/ hand blender and then add the rest of your water after you've dissolved most of the powder. If you have a blender cup or protein shaker cup those would also make it easier.
