I love this pan for oven or stovetop. Perfect for risotto or stews. Heats very evenly and does a great job browning meats. Excellent value and quality is as good as my le Creuset pan. Love the white colour. Highly recommend and I am likely to add other sizes in this line. Nice enough to take to the table!

I love the look of this skillet. I can cook amazing breakfast skillets in it. It’s easy to clean if you use butter with whatever you are cooking and give it a 5 min soak in hot water and dish soap. You cannot use on high heat only on med or lower. It can go in the oven at 350* to do an all over heat or to melt cheese on the top. It is quite heavy to carry. I do pamper this skillet so its been good to me and I love using it. The price was good compared to cast iron enamel Name Brands which do the same thing. I do have 2 Le Creuset which I find of equal to this Amazon one. Thanks for reading. M

Received as a Birthday Gift ! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT ! More than ample for the 2 of us in size ! Heats evenly using either our GAS Range or Induction burners, Nice exterior enamel as well as interior !
Clean up is a breeze is you apply a little bit of cooking spray as you gently pre-heat it… but even after cooking a slow braised bean and chicken casserole the cleanup was quick and simple with hot water and a soft kitchen sponge and soap.
Lid is nicely domed with a nice metal knob that is tall enough to grasp firmly with even the thickest of towels or oven gloves.
There are no dimples on the inside of the lid like my more expensive pots, but have not found this to be any issues at all even when cooking things like rice/couscous etc…
Have even used it for proofing and baking small batches of fluffy dinner rolls which it excels at.. Also works great to keep loads of tortillas warm for dinners on the table !

Omg I love this pan . It’s the perfect size , it heats evenly and you can make wonderful meals in it for family and friends. It cleans so easily and you can place it right on the table then if there is any leftovers just put it directly into the fridge . It seems to be of excellent quality as well.

Amo mi cacerola!
Es mi primera vez usando el hierro esmaltado y estoy feliz de haberlo hecho. Me encanta que el calor se distribuye bien y me parece que los tiempos de cocción se reducen.
La cacerola se ve de buenísima calidad, se limpia muy fácil y el color crema está muy lindo.
Sólo sí hay que tener cuidado en no golpearla para que no se despostille el esmalte y claro, considerar que son utensilios bastante pesados, por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas con poca fuerza en sus manos o algún padecimiento que limite la movilidad de sus articulaciones.

The height in the description was from the bottom to the top of the lid. The skillet was too shallow for me to cook any shabushabu or any hotpot type of food. The skillet itself was very heavy and seemed sturdy! Returning unfortunately.

Just the right size for a nice roast chicken, casserole, and even dessert. The cast iron is perfect for a slow cooked meal and clean up is easy.

The media could not be loaded. Since receiving this pan in December, I’ve already used it a number of times and even stored away my old pans because this does such a great job. It’s solid and heavy but it cooks really well over medium heat and clean up is a breeze. I can scrape the bottom without worrying about scratching up a nonstick surface.
I’ve cooked chicken breast for stir fry, shrimp alfredo, Korean rice bowls with ground turkey, and I’ve even fried bang bang shrimp in oil in this pan in the past few weeks. It’s amazing and I can’t stop raving about it.
