I had been searching for this style of boot to replace my existing one for several seasons, but only now I've found this and at half the price of others similar. Only drawback is that the sizing is way off. I have been buying my shoes and boots in the U.S. size 7 which fit me perfectly. I first ordered this one at a half size larger for good measure and they were much too small. I exchanged them for a full size larger at 8 1/2, taking the chance this size would not be too large and they fit fine. So the fit was a full and one half sizes larger than my regular US size. Problems encounter when wearing them the first time is a problem with the positioning of the heel that had my feet slide down to my toes on the inside. Also, these boots don't have much support to the ankles where the fabric stretched while wearing causing them to become looser and maybe even a size larger. It's a good thing there's a zipper on the inside. I'm going to try and adjust wearing them, because it's the boot I've long been looking for.
