Excellent product for making your own mixes. I use it in my pre and post workouts. I've noticed my blood pressure has improved after a month of use. There are no fillers (silicon dioxide), so the powder is very susceptible to moisture. Make sure you keep the container in a dry place, and only use a completely dry scoop to prevent clumping. What are you waiting for, get your pump on!

Warning: you need a flavour additive to enjoy this. It's got malic acid in it, and is very sour.
Other than that, this is pretty effective. Citruline turns to arginine which combines with ammonia in your muscles to become some other chemical, which essentially reduces muscle fatigue. Honestly, if you're trying to up your reps or weight, you're far better off buying creatine, caffeine, or beta alinine. While this will do a little bit, it's not worth the price for that purpose.
However, the pump I get using this in my pre-workout is awesome. I'm natural, so pumps can be a little difficult to achieve, but this makes it way easier. I'm talking a skin stretching pump in my quads on leg day just by drinking two scoops of this stuff. I love it.
The fact that it adds like a quarter rep to my workout is just a fun bonus. It's main purpose is to increase pump in my opinion.
