Bought this product 2 months ago. It works great ! Smaller size and easier to swallow. I have been trying to find a product that is more reasonably priced but works as well as Garden of Life. Didn't notice anything until I switched to a different brand. Then I realized how little these were actually doing. They're not encapsulated in such a way as to survive the stomach acid, so most of these probiotics do not even make it to your gut. I was taking this in combination with prebiotic fiber and I had major gas and cramping within 2 days. I switched to a different brand that has the prebiotic included in the capsule, and I've had no issues since. Everyone's system is different, so others may find benefits. Buyer beware because you cannot return these, so make your decision accordingly. I have a near full bottle that I can't do anything with.
