Product is one sided, fits only for right foot

According to my chiropodist this is not the right shape, and a bit too dense. I'm returning them.

Only came for fitting left foot, no right foot included in package.

Had thought of the 24 pieces, it would be 50/50 left and right foot but only good for one (unless you get VERY creative).

I’ve used these for years. Great quality and I can even leave them on in the shower. It is a bit of a challenge to get he paper to separate from the sticky part of the pad but 3M’s great adhesive makes it worth it. I highly recommend this produce

The wart was painful to walk on. These pads helped solve that problem. The adhesive wasn't the best so I added tape to keep the pads in place through a full day on my feet.

My podiatrist recommended these as I was having great toe pain due to bruised sesamoid bones (part of the padding under my big toe that contacts the floor when walking). The photo here shoes the pad stuck to the foot, but I am allergic to adhesives so I stuck it to my sock. The adhesive is REALLY sticky. So this ruined a couple pairs of socks. Then I decided to put it inside my shoes. I removed the insole and measured perfectly where my foot would land. Note: if you choose this method, check two or three times that everything is lined up before you remove the adhesive backing. Once in place it is extremely difficult to remove. It is a perfect thickness and once inside my shoe, it allowed me to exercise every day without pain. Once the padding wore down enough (several months) that my sesamoids were touching the ground again, it took me a bit of time to remove the pad to replace it. Since I knew I would put another one down, I did not remove all the sticky (which would have been impossible). I replaced the pad twice (so about every 4 months) until my shoes were worn out enough that they needed replaced. When I got new shoes, I walked without the dancers pad and it appears that my sesamoid bones have healed. Such an easy solution to such a painful problem.

The pads do their job but it is a struggle to get the adhesive cover off so you may end up not using the pads.
