These are easy to work with, as they are quite solid and don't collapse easily when being handled. The ends go together without fuss.
Easy to swallow – not instantly sticky when damp in mouth. I have had that issue with supplements in the past.
I use them to fill with triphala – easily one of the worst tasting herb combinations imaginable. Seriously awful. I tried every way of taking triphala powder, but just could not choke it down. Buying triphala in pill or capsule form is silly expensive compared to the powder, so I thought of empty capsules, and am really glad I did. I fill 5 with the triphala powder and take them with a bit of water. It takes me about a minute to fill the 5.
I have never tried with any oil or liquid, so I cannot comment on how they hold up with that.
One negative – I spilled some on the kitchen floor and they are so clear, they just seemed to disappear! LOL, I got most, but later would hear a crunch when I stepped on one. Oh well, my bad.

My desired outcomes were to make my own pills/capsules of “Green Food Plus” (custom blend of herbs as learned from Mucusless-Diet.com) for convenience, speed, and “easier to swallow” as opposed to adding 1 tbp of the blended powder in a hot tea.
Other consideration is to encourage my wife and children to consume these natural supplements, and with my ladies being vegan and gluten-free, this is a critical factor. I didn’t know this was a differentiating factor.
In research, I discovered the other popular, well-reviewed brand had their capsules made from animal gelatin(?), which is a strike for me. Alternatively, this product’s ingredient is derived from wood pulp, is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and many other good features.
I bought this along with the “MILIMOLI Capsule Holder Tray Filling Machine Tool for 100 Size 00 Gelatin Veggie Capsules For Vitamins, Herbs & Supplements Holes” to be a first-time “healthy version of Breaking Bad” pill maker 🙂
Both items were ordered at the same time, and arrived at the same time on Prime ship.
Tested it out for the first time yesterday with success.
I counted out 100 empty capsules from the package in a coloured tray to visibly see the capsules in a contrasting background. I stood at my kitchen island doing this. Next time, I’ll sit at my dinner table to do this. Empty capsules come with the top caps (shorter end) already capped on the base (longer end). I manually removed the caps into a coloured bowl with the base end in a separate coloured bowl.
After filling the capsules with my new tray tool, it resulted in 97/98 filled capsules as I had a couple capsules squished and not work right. Pleased it worked out so easily and gave me so many capsules of my own blended powdered supplement pills that filled a small bottle for convenient use.
No spillage or loose fit, all pills appeared to keep capped.
Tried 3 capsules myself right after. No taste (pre or post) on tongue or in mouth.
In summary, I’m so proud of first-time making my own filled capsules of healthy powdered herbs. These capsules served my outcomes very well. Will be buying more.
