I'd return this if I wasn't outside the return window. It's good for yin yoga or stretching but good luck holding a proper down dog or any position that requires grip. My carpet has better grip than this mat. If you get it wet it helps but then you have a wet mat and my $20 giam mat still has better grip. It is pretty though and I do like the thick cushioning for yin yoga and stretching.
