Naka is a brand I trust that I believe mindfully sources both their Non- medicinal and medicinal ingredients and creates high quality products that I trust more than most brands. It is one of my go-to brands for my supplement. I like that this product is sweetened with Stevia as well. I struggle with Low B12 and Low Iron and after a few days of taken this I was feeling better. I hold it under my to gue for a few minutes rather than just swallow as it is supposed to ente your blood stream more quickly and in a couple days I did feel better after being quite low. I like the spray better than the pill form as it doesn't always dissolve the ways I would like. I will definitely buy this product again once I run out.

Great value. It’s one spritz a day.. talk about a long lasting supply. I had to buy a second bottle because my daughter dropped my first one otherwise this is easily a year + supply (if I had to guess.. maybe more)
It tastes good. I heard it’s best to spray it under your tongue so that’s what I do.
